The consultancy team have more than 10 years of experience in this field before the establishment of the company and are able to provide a one-to-one personal service, saving the valuable time of the owner even if the owner has emigrated overseas.
Property management services include:
● Timely rent collection to the owner’s designated bank account
● Follow-up of overdue rent, rent and property recovery
● Timely payment of rates, property tax and management fees
● Regular rent reviews; lease/sub-lease negotiation on behalf of the owners
● Strict execution of lease terms
● Property maintenance – all costs are charged as incurred
● Property condition inspection when the lease expires
● Regular internal checks on unoccupied property
● Provision of monthly statements – details of income and expenditure on the property
Clients who use the company’s property management service will be entitled to discounts if they use the repossession service.
(1) If rates and management fees are to be charged from the tenant, the relevant items will be calculated together with the rent.
(2) The minimum charge is applicable to the property vacancy period.
